Masturbation is not a problem, it is the answer. It is a sign showing you that you need to change your approach or method to obtain a better result. How often are masturbation and many other addictions perceived as bad problems when like the flu or common cold may in fact be perfect reflections of our lifestyle choices? When we are sick with a fever, headache, or runny nose we respond in a very physical way by resting, drinking water, and avoiding stress.
